Renaissance New York Times Square Hotel: The View
The view from the 18th floor of the Renaissance New York Times Square Hotel is still great if not spectacular. The rooms on this west side of the hotel faces Broadway and the office building across the street. But at an angle the view of the corners of 47th and 48th Streets along Broadway offers a fun opportunity to observe the vehicle and pedestrian traffic down below. At the corner of the 48th and Broadway is the Hershey Store and the Crowne Plaza Hotel and at the corner of 47th and Broadway is the W Hotel. With a ticket to see 'The Book of Mormon' tomorrow night, I took notice of the new billboard advertising the slogan "I'm a Mormon" for mormon.org.
Otherwise above the streets below, the view from the room to the northwest and southwest offers the skyscrapers around this corner of Times Square and a view of Sean "Diddy" Combs advertising the Sean John brand of clothing for Macy's.
This is one of a series of posts in review of the Renaissance New York Times Square Hotel.
