Wraparound Terrace Suite LIVING ROOM at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas

This is one of a series of posts covering aspects of the Wraparound Terrace Suite.

What makes a living room in a hotel suite? Rather than the usual sofa for two and matching arm chair, the suite features a navy blue sectional with throw pillows and contrasting cocoa wood arm chairs. They surround a quirky tri-oval coffee table accented with books and a fish centerpiece. In lieu of a ceiling light two corner lamps create the nuanced illumination appropriate for a relaxing evening or watching television. The television itself is mounted on the wall above a corner desk that can extend to face the seating area.

One set of the suite's three sliding doors open directly to the living area offering softened daylight through the sheer curtains or an expansive view, in this case of Planet Hollywood, with the curtains pulled wide open.

The bottom line is comfort and I found myself spending a significant portion of this afternoon here reading and falling asleep for bit on the sectional. It's restful corner outside of the bedroom.
