Wraparound Terrace Suite DINING AREA at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas
This is one a series of posts covering aspects of the Wraparound Terrace Suite.
An open floor plan is separated into key spaces. One is a dining space for four. We know when we stay in a standard room even when there's one couch, we primarily use the bed as a place to sit. I may not be cooking in this room or even eating here but I love that I have another space to sit and one that includes a table.
Accents here complement rather than overpower the open concept. A screen and console table holding two buffet lamps with glass bases separates the living room. Rather than another framed print on the wall is an artful circular mirror surrounded by small glass spheres that glow from reflecting the light in the room. Leather dining seating features a handle perfect for pulling out the chair but not useful for pushing them back in place on the carpeted floor. Completing the dining design is lighting fixture made of small faceted glass panels.
