Seoul Garden in Koreatown, New York City

Located in the heart of Koreantown on 32nd Street, Seoul Garden is another world in busy Manhattan. Designed to include elements of Korean architecture and design, the second floor location provides a relaxing respite from the crowds outside.

Starting with mul mandoo (boiled beef dumpling) and continuing with beef short ribs, a chicken and tofu stew, and a ban chan (small dishes) selection to roll in lettuce leaves or rice wrappers. My dining friends Giselle and Ritchie was kind to treat me to dinner and this was definitely a meal to satisfy that Asian food hankering I always get at least once when I travel outside of Hawaii.

Visit seoulgarden32.com for more info. Click HERE for the menu. Located at 34 West 32nd Street on the second floor (accessed via stairs or elevator). Hours: Sun-Thu 11am-12am; Fri-Sat 11am-2am.
