The LEGO Store: Rockefeller Center Made of Bricks

The fact that a branch of the Lego store had already opened in Honolulu did not stop me from visiting Manhattan’s first location during its grand opening last year. The store combines my favorite childhood toy with a shop located in one of my favorite cities. With a prime retail spot at Rockefeller Center, it was hard to pass up another chance to at least gaze inside again.

Though the selection of merchandise is no different than that of other Lego stores, this branch is unique for the sculptures inspired by Rockefeller Center. Below are photos of these Lego sculptures and their original inspirations.
