With information about the London Eye in the previous post, here is the experience in pictures on the 30-minutes journey in one of the 32 capsules. Each capsule holds 25 people and reaches a height of 443 feat. This is the highest viewing point in London.
What was supposed to be a temporary five-year lease, the London Eye appears to remain for good and today is among the post popular attractions in London. Meant to resemble a bicycle wheel, it is the world's largest observation wheel. It has revitalized the South Bank area of London that was formerly visited for mainly the arts and culture venues.
This is part 1 of 3 posts documenting the flight on the London Eye.
